The TLC staff take their jobs seriously and presented solid/engineering based plans, not just pretty pictures. We had a good understanding of the work, time and costs from the beginning and other than some scope creep on our side – they hit all marks. The onsite team were courteous and respectful (e.g. cleaning up after each day’s work) and kept us in the loop regarding progress, etc. They worked extremely hard to overcome the inevitable obstacles that turn up and keep the work as close to plan as possible. Overall it was a great experience, we are loving our new backyard and I would use TLC again.”
